A Bowl Made to Stay With You.

Since opening this shop in a quiet corner of Nakameguro’s shopping street in 1999,
I’ve been making each bowl of ramen with the same care and intention, day after day.

Though I originally pursued a career in fashion, I found myself drawn to ramen.
After years of training at a long-established shop, I began creating a flavor I could call my own.

In the early days, we didn’t advertise, and very few customers came.
But even then, I never once compromised on one thing: to serve a bowl I truly believed in.

I believe that by treating every ingredient with honesty and care,
we can create a flavor that makes people want to come back again.

My hope is that, one day, this becomes the best bowl of ramen in someone’s life.
And so today, I continue to face each bowl with sincerity.
